Overview

Ski Dubai is a sprawling 22,500-square-meter indoor snow park located inside the Mall of the Emirates, offering a magical winter escape right in the heart of the desert. As the region’s first and only indoor snow resort, it brings sub-zero fun to Dubai with real snow, thrilling activities, and unique winter attractions. With temperatures maintained at 5 degrees, visitors can enjoy ski slopes, ice skating, zip lines, a snow chairlift, and an entire snowy playground designed for all ages.

Snow Classic – Inclusions

• Unlimited, full-day access to the Snow Park

• Entry to the Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob Sledge, Tubing Run, and Bump Car

• One-time Chairlift Ride and one-time Mountain Thriller Ride

• Winter gear such as jacket, trousers, disposable socks, and snow boots

• Free fleece gloves provided

• Tickets valid for up to 30 days from the purchase date

Exclusions:

• Food and beverages

• Winter caps (not included in your gear; bring your own if sensitive to cold)

Snow Slope Session – Inclusions

• 2-hour skiing or snowboarding session

• Slope access limited to experienced skiers/snowboarders only (Intermediate Level 2) — not suitable for beginners

• Winter gear included: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles

• Tickets valid for a single entry within 30 days of purchase

Note:

• Snow Park access is not included in this package

• Children under 2 are not permitted on the slopes

• Ages 2–14 must be accompanied by an adult

• All Ski Dubai ticket sales are final and non-refundable

• Visitors cannot bring outside food, drinks, glassware, or alcohol

• A valid photo ID is required

• Children under 14 must be supervised by someone 16+

• Advance online booking is recommended to skip queues and grab the best offers

• Dress Code: Casual, comfortable clothing; warm attire is recommended due to cold temperatures
