Aquarium & Underwater Zoo: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight (last entry 30 mins before closing)
Penguin Cove: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
VR Park: Sun–Thu: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Fri–Sat: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
Voucher: Digital voucher with valid photo ID required at entry. Arrive 10–15 mins early.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
By Metro: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station (15-min walk via air-conditioned link bridge).
By Bus: Closest stop – The Dubai Mall (2-min walk), served by routes 27, 28, 29, 50, and more.
By Car/Taxi: Located inside The Dubai Mall with easy access and parking facilities.
